Can I cancel my order and if so, how?

You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt of artwork.

If you haven’t made a payment yet, you can cancel your order on our website.

  1. Log into ArtKore.
  2. Click “My Account” menu on the top left side on the front page.
  3. Click the “My Order” menu at “My Account”.
  4. Click Cancel button.

If you already made a payment and haven't received a shipment confirmation email with order tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible via email(contact@artkoregallery.com) or phone (+44 (0) 2038268702)

If you already made a payment and received a shipment confirmation email,you will need to wait until you receive the artwork and you can request a return and refund. We give you full refund as soon as we receive the artwork if the condition of the artwork is same as when it was received.

 

The artwork arrived is not as I imagined. Can I request a return and refund?

If you received right artwork but if you are not satisfied with the artwork, you can return it within 14 days since you have received the artwork. If the condition of the artwork is same as when it was received, we give you full refund. Please keep all the packaging, box and other material and pack the artwork as same condition as when it arrived. To return the artwork, you must contact us first by email(contact@artkoregallery.com) with your order number, order information, pictures of the artwork and a picture of the packed artwork and follow our guidance. It is no longer available to return the artwork after 14 days since its receipt. Please do not send the artwork back in any circumstances before contacting us and receiving confirmation.

 

What can I do when the artwork has arrived damaged?

If you received a damaged artwork, please do not sign the receipt, take pictures for the record and report it to the shipping company within two days and also report it to ArtKore within two days(including weekends) after its receipt by email(contact@artkoregallery.com) with your order number, order information and pictures of the damaged artwork. Please keep it mind that we can’t take any claim about damaged artwork after two days since its receipt. Keep all the packaging, box and other material and please follow our guidance. ArtKore does not take any damaged artwork without any notification.

What happen when the artwork appears to be lost?

If the artwork appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. If it is confirmed to be lost, we give you a full refund.

 

What kind of payment method are available and is it safe to make a payment on the website?

We accepts Paypal and you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express through PayPal. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer and we provide our bank details at the end of your order process. All card transactions are carried out by PayPal, a leader in payment system. All your bank details are encrypted and we ensure you the complete confidentiality of the information given.

 

Will my personal information be kept in private?

We ensure that all the personal data will be kept private and confidential and that we will never provide any information without a previous permission.

 

Is there a shipping fee and how much is it?

There is no delivery fee to anywhere in the world. However, depending on the country, there is different customs tax, VAT and customs clearance fee charged in the customs in your country. Most of the countries offer 0% customs tax and reduced rate of VAT for the artwork.
