Keep in mind, there is no delivery fee to anywhere in the world. However, depending on the country, there is a different customs tax, VAT and customs clearance fee charged in the customs in your country. Most of the countries offer 0% customs tax and reduced rate of VAT for the artwork. Follow the link for the information on the UK. See the Pay Duty by the countries. We encourage customers from outside of the UK to contact us first and check accurate information of custom and tax before placing an order.
After proceeding the payment, we will send you the confirmation of order. After we send the artwork, we will send you the confirmation of shipment with a tracking number through email. You can track your order until you receive the artwork with the tracking number provided. Make sure you provide us an accurate email address when you order.
The way of customs clearance varies depending on the countries. For the case of the UK, when your order arrives to the UK customs, you will receive the letter from the Parcelforce (http://www.parcelforce.com/) and you will need to make a payment of the VAT which is 5% of the CIF Value (Cost+Insurance+Freight) on online following the guidance on the letter.
Once you make a payment, the order will be delivered to your home. Be aware of not missing the delivery. If you miss the delivery, you need to go to the designated post office to collect it as soon as possible. In some countries, after passing certain days, the storage fee might be charged and you are responsible for paying it.
When you receive the artwork, please check the condition of artwork before you sign the receipt. If you received a damaged artwork, please do not sign the receipt, take pictures for the record and report it to the shipping company within 2 days and also report it to ArtKore within 2 days (including weekends) after its receipt by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number, order information and pictures of the damaged artwork. Please keep it mind that we can’t take any claim about damaged artwork after two days since its receipt. Keep all the packaging, box and other material and please follow our guidance. ArtKore does not take any damaged artwork without any notification.
If you haven’t received the artwork you purchased after 14 days since you have received the order’s tracking number, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
